This package offers:

Program:
Day 1:

• Pickup at Kirkenes airport, boat harbour, or Thon or Scandic hotel in town, based on your choice
• Check-in
• 12:00 Lunch available in the restaurant
• 13:00 Husky Early bird dogsledding
• 17:00 If you chose Gamme cabin for first night, it is now ready for you
• 17:30 Welcome tour for all Snowhotel overnighters, starting in Gabba
• 19:00 Dinner time in Snowhotel Restaurant "Låven"
• 20:30 Icebar is open

Day 2:

• 08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
• Have some summer fun in the park, meet our huskies and reindeer, or go for a hike
• 16:00 Relax, explore or try the sauna
• 19:00 Dinner time
• 20:30 Icebar is open
• 21:15 Hunting the Northern lights tour

Day 3:

• 08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
• 09 - 10 Transfer to airport, Kirkenes or harbor

Upon your arrival to Kirkenes, we will pick you up, either at the Kirkenes airport, boat harbour, or Thon or Scandic hotel in town.

At the Snowhotel, you can check-in at our reception where we will give you all necessary practical information and take care of your luggage. Our restaurant will be open, and it is recommended to order lunch before going out on your first adventure.

At 13:00 it is time to meet up at the dogyard for the Husky Early Bird - dogsledding tour. The sledding tracks, made from snow we have saved from last winter, have a distance of approx. 5 km. You are driven by our dogmusher with two persons together on a sled. (Clothes – thermal suit, boots and gloves – will be provided at the start of this activity, if needed.)

Upon return to the Snowhotel camp, the Gamme cabins will ready. If you booked the Snowroom, we have a lounge at the restaurant where you can stay and relax until dinner is served at 19:00.

During the three-course dinner in Låven restaurant, we will give a "how-to-sleep-in-the-snowhotel" tutorial for those of you spending your first night in a Snowhotel room. After dinner the ice bar will be open.

After waking up from a magical night at the Snowhotel, you are welcome to our breakfast buffet which is served from 08:00AM until 10:00AM at our restaurant. Those of you staying overnight at a Snowroom will be kindly asked to check out of their room before breakfast.

After that you will have plenty of time to relax in your cabin, take a sauna, visit the Snowhotel, or go out exploring the surroundings before dinner is served at 19:00.

We could also recommend to book an extra activity, in addition to the activities included in this package, for example the King Crab Safari at 13:00. Just be sure to book this in advance so you have your spot on the additional activities secured as well.

At 21:15 it is time to meet at the reception for the Hunting the Northern lights trip. On this bus tour our driver will take you far from the light pollution, and drive east towards the Russian border, west toward Finland, or south into the Pasvik valley, depending on the aurora forecast. You will be back at the Snowhotel by 00:00.

On the last day you can enjoy once again our breakfast buffet (from 08:00 until 10:00) before checking out. As requested in your reservation, we will take you to Kirkenes, the boat harbour or the airport.
