1. Geirangerfjord

Listed on the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Geirangerfjord is known for being one of the most breathtaking natural wonders of the world. This fjord is renowned for its dramatic beauty, with majestic peaks towering over the deep blue waters. The fjord is surrounded by lush green valleys accompanied by impressive waterfalls like the Seven Sisters, the Suitor and the Bridal Veil. Exploring the Geirangerfjord by boat allows you to get close to the waterfall and take in the scale of the steep walls surrounding you. From the winding Eagle Road you will get a different perspective, with hairpin twists and turns leading to panoramic viewpoints. This valley truly embodies the raw beauty of Norway’s natural landscapes. The area consists of some of the most imposing mountain formations in the country,  including Trollveggen, Europe’s tallest vertical rock face. The Romsdalseggen Ridge hike provides a challenging yet rewarding route offering some of the most breathtaking views in Norway. On this 10 kilometre hike you will pass well-known spots such as Trollveggen, Romsdalshorn, the Isterdal Valley, the Rauma River, the Bishop, the King and the Queen. Rampestreken is an iconic spot allowing you to catch the splendid valley views from a 20 metre steel ramp stretching straight into the air. Besides mountain hiking Romsdalen is not short of highlights. Jump on the Golden train and enjoy a scenic train as you learn more about Norway's WW2 history. Catch a ride with the Romsdalen Gondola, a scenic trip bringing you to the top of Nesaksla Mountain. 4. Flam

Tucked away at the innermost point of the Aurlandsfjord, Flam works as a gateway to some of Norway’s most stunning landscapes. The railway takes you from sea level up to the high mountain plateau at Myrdal, offering breathtaking views of cascading waterfalls and lush mountainsides. 5. Sognefjord

6. Jotunheimen National Park

Jotunheimen National Park is a vast wilderness area including some of Norway's highest peaks, such as Galdhøpiggen and Glittertind. This park offers excellent hiking, climbing, and glacier walking experiences. One of the most popular hikes in the park is Bessegge. This hike treats you to a challenging journey with panoramic views of the turquoise waters of Gjende Lake and the tranquil Bessvatnet Lake on either side of the ridge. If you are up for conquering the highest Norway’s highest peak, you will also find Galdhøpiggen in this park. 7. Voss

Voss is a small town nestled between Hardangerfjord and Sognefjord. Known for its nature sights and outdoor adventure activities, this is a year-round destination. During the winter season Voss transforms into a skiing paradise, where two main ski resorts offer a variety of slopes suitable for all levels. The town is also known for hosting the annual Extreme Sports Week, where athletes from all over the world compete in sports like skydiving, paragliding, and white-water kayaking. In summer Voss offers a wide range of activities, like rafting on the Raundalselva River, mountain biking, and nature hiking. Tvindefossen waterfall is a short drive from Voss, and is a popular spot for visitors, with a stunning cascade.

8. Odda

Located at the southern tip of the Sørfjorden, Odda offers lots of natural attractions. The small town is surrounded by dramatic mountains and waterfalls, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Trolltunga, an interesting rock formation above Ringedalsvatnet Lake, offers iconic views at the end of a challenging hike. Taking about 10-12 hours round-trip, the reward is a breathtaking view from the edge of the cliff.
